Return Policy
At Atkins Fine Clothiers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any purchased items. However, we may offer store credit as an alternative under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Store credit may be issued for regular-priced items only. Sale items, custom orders, and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for store credit.
- Requesting Store Credit: To request store credit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item via phone at (831)-884-5436 or email at a.hala@atkinsfineclothiers.com.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for store credit.
- Processing Time: Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving and reviewing the returned item.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item for store credit.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or store credit.
- Non-Transferability: Store credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
